Hi my name is Alyson I graduated from Albuquerque School of Healing Arts. I have a Private Practice centered around Woman's Wellness. I am well trained in Swedish, Pregnancy Massage,Deep tissue,Reflexology,Thai, and polarity energy work.

I provide a sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit. I am here to help you navigate your bodies wisdom and ground in the abundance that you already are.

No. We start every service with a brief conversation to learn about your goals and any health considerations. I will then recommend and combine techniques that best suit you.
